This website operates as a lead generator by way of referral of potential claims to Oakwood Solicitors of Princes House, 635 Roundhay Rd, Roundhay, Oakwood, Leeds LS8 4BA who may be charged a fee, by the website proprietor for the provision of potential client/customer details, which is not a charge to the potential client.
No Win No Fee
No legal charge is payable unless the case is won, and the client obtains an award of compensation. In the event that the legal claim is lost there is no charge made to the client.
If the case is won and the client is awarded compensation, there may be a deduction from their compensation award of up to 30% as a success fee.
In all cases a fee is payable if the case is not pursued at the clients request, subject to the normal 'cooling of' period.
If your case does not result in an award the solicitors will normally make no charge. You can cancel your instruction at any time in writing, up to the matter being finalised, however a fee may become payable. The solicitors may charge up to �250 per hour dependant on the type of fee earner dealing with your matter and should you terminate early the solicitors may, at their discretion, time cost your matter and bill appropriately.

You should contact the Financial Ombudsman Services within six months of our final response/summary resolution to you and within either six years from the event you are complaining about or three years from when you could have reasonably known that you had cause to complain.

Any information provided is used solely to facilitate a claim for damages for personal injury and is not used for any other purpose. The information will not be passed on to any third party except those directly involved in the settlement of compensation claim. The information is kept on password protected computer hard drives and is backed up regularly to a secure off site location. Any erroneous information will be corrected upon request. We fully comply with all data protection legislation.
