Since its founding in January 2000 by Principal Paul Roberts, the firm has grown to three lawyers, two of which hearken from established insurance and reinsurance practices in the City of London. The firm has established itself as an expert in specialist insurance and reinsurance litigation, including engineering, construction, personal injury, industrial disease, professional indemnity and property litigation.
Our work is principally contentious, and we carry out commercial litigation, arbitration, adjudication, ADR and tribunal work on behalf of our commercial clients. We also regularly advise clients on coverage and contract wordings.
