The firm was founded in January 2000 by its Principal, Paul Roberts, since when it has grown to seven lawyers most of whom have gained experience with established practices in the City of London. With our commitment to excellence and our in depth knowledge of the business sectors in which our clients operate, the firm has already developed a reputation for its expertise in insurance and reinsurance, construction and employment. The firm’s work is principally contentious, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, ADR and tribunal work on behalf of its commercial clients, but includes a significant amount of advice on coverage and contract wordings.
